Production procedure

1. Sanitation and cleaning

4. Check the focal degree, measure the degree, and determine the optical center point

 

5. Scan and locate, determine pupil distance and upper sucker

 

6. Edge cutting

 

7. Clean the chamfered edges

 

8. Slotted full frame and half frame, boxed hole

 

9. Glasses assembly. If the lens is too thick, it needs to be treated with beauty and thinness

 

10. Mirror holder shaping

 

11. Data detection. If unqualified, it shall be reprocessed

 

12. Clean the packaging and check the appearance quality of the equipment glasses
